Located in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium, this iconic building functions as a premium steel structure exhibition hall. As a modern steel structure public venue, the architectural vision demanded an expansive, column-free interior space paired with a highly distinctive and visually striking geometric exterior to host international events and galleries.

Complex 3D Modeling & 1:1 Replication

The true engineering challenge of this project lay in its special-shaped steel structure. To ensure the architect's bold vision was not compromised, our expert engineering team utilized advanced Tekla Structures software to build a highly precise 3D digital twin of the building. This meticulous detailing process allowed us to achieve a perfect 1:1 on-site replication of the original design, seamlessly translating complex digital curves and asymmetric joints into a physical reality.

Serving as the dedicated overseas steel structure supplier for this European project, YG Steel Structure manufactured all the irregular beams, customized nodes, and main structural frameworks in our Chinese facility. Through strict CNC laser-cutting precision and comprehensive pre-assembly testing, we ensured every customized steel component fit flawlessly upon arrival in Belgium, guaranteeing both structural safety and breathtaking aesthetics.
